The culture at Odessa is one of true and honest collaboration and encouragement of independent thought. Everyone is welcome, encouraged and given the opportunity to actually make a positive impact.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with many people in the organization. I was provided the opportunity to give full and honest answers. There was an emphasis on making sure I fit in with the company culture which is a big part of it's success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With 30 years in the technology business I can confidently and credibly state that Odessa is a cut well above. Odessa genuinely cares for each employee and is a great place to work. I highly recommend Odessa as a place to build and enjoy a fulfilling career.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can honestly say I have never had that 'dread' feeling when starting a work day at Odessa. The work is challenging, as it should be. The teams I work with are close and friendly. We tackle and overcome challenges together. I never feel like I am working alone.
