Since the company is still scaling so you will be working in many roles that build character and breaks the monotony.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no transparency when it comes to compensation. A good performance at work does not mean good compensation anymore. There is very little scope of dialogue currently the way compensation is told.
