Freedom from micro-management, flexibility, a sensitivity to people's aspirations and problems and overall, a strong sense of family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a lot of positive interaction with people. The community culture definitely keeps out petty gossip, power politics and cold wars.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This company has great working culture and a spirit of collaboration. People are its best assets, and that's a reflection of the leadership all the way from the top. I'm proud to be a part of Odessa.
