We work together without hidden agendas. We socialize all together on a weekly basis.

Was very well organized. The talent manager kept me informed on the process while I was waiting for the next interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Different from other companies, here they look for team players that not only work together, but that are willing to support others. All managers reached out to me as a new comer offering their time to help me on my onboarding and making me feel welcome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Odessa do not fit the definition of managers as managers especialized in managing things. Here, they do fit the definition of true "Leaders" as they know how to motivate, encourage us to improve and grow in the organization, there is truly and open door policy.
