Genuinely engaged with the employees and helping them grow to be successful while aligning with the business needs.

Everyone is extremely supportive and available. There is a big focus on helping each other learn and sharing experience.

What did you like most about the interview process?

They truly commit a lot of time to vetting out employees and trying to learn if they will be a good fit culturally, in addition to meeting the job requirements.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being at a driven company looking to address the everyday potential pitfalls in employee growth and development just as much as they address the long term growth and continuity of the business itself.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything is pretty standard and expected. I have seen other companies with so additionaly employee wellness benefits (e.g. - wellness reimbursements for hitting health milestones) and other incentives at higher levels, but it is pretty fair.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Truly get the 'tech company' vibe with open sharing and fast paced learning/action to always be engaged and think critically. Everyone is friendly and supportive but always thinking about how to approach problems constructively while preserving the integrity of the products/services offered.
