What did you like most about the interview process?Getting to meet a group of people and be able to impress them enough that i should work here.
What makes you most happy at work?I'm most happy when we don t have too many phone calls or if i haven't been told that i've made a mistake.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They have ideas, they seem to try to encourage growth.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Allow potential employees to shadow and read the union contracts so they know what they're getting into by working at OHSU instead of glossing over challenges.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?When issues are reported they need to be addressed and changed. Everything is lip service and every day there are new negatives that employees are told to just deal with while trying to care for patients. Departments are disorganized, laziness rewarded and management dismissive.
