How's the morale at On The Border?
The morale is awful . Most On the Border managers have their resume floating around on Indeed or another job site. Do you enjoy washing dishes because they are too cheap to keep a dishwasher on the clock? Cooking, bussing tables, playing host? Spending most of your day doing functions. If this sounds good then by all means apply.

It’s very small. The only time you will be in the office though is rewriting a schedule that your AD rejects because he wants labor to be lower.

I meet with two mangers same day of interveiw was hired on spot and when i applied heard back next day

Very flexible and they have a stafflinqs site where u can veiw scheudle and give shifts up or pick up

No drug test ,but back ground is done by able commision if you need to get liquior license

For servers u have 5 days in training on fifth day you will skill out ,with managment its a month at diffrent location then the one you will actually work at

This is MEXICAN food. Are there any Latino or Mexican individuals at the executive level who know more about Mexican foods who can provide a better recipe for the Salsa sold in the jar. The recipe has changed. Taste like tomato sauce.
