They communicate with their employees, listen to their concerns and give time off when needed. My leadership team is always out there helping employees and customers. The leadership team listens and makes me a priority when I have questions or need help.
Let me do my work in peace

Listening to their employees and acting better.
Overall it's fair in comparison to the competition
Becsuse I was hired as a bsrtender, i.eas told I would get 3 shifts. They hired a new bartender a month after.me.with kes experience and she got the shifts first.
I thinkwe should recieve Holiday bonuses
Pay raises for hard working part timers
I cannot reach my HR department. My wages have not been raised since prior to the pandemic On The Boarder does not pay a livable wage.
Bartenders are extremely underpaid here for the work that is required of them.
Team collaborates and works well together at times of stress when the restaurant is very busy. Somehow we always pull through even when we do not have enough staff. Everyone has a different skill set to bring to the table.
We collectively are very hopeful and happy people, and even though the work environment were in may not be ideal we still give the best service we can to our customers
Longevity and experience helps keep us going. Although many are looking to leave
The been working really hard, but not compensated
Review from Operations Dept
They are very attentive to their employees when they need something from them.

Communication needs to be more open and consistent
Review from Operations Dept
Employees collaborating as a team and each bringing different skills to compliment each other. People smiling and greeting each other when we come to work. Open mindedness towards people from different backgrounds.
The employee front of house or back of house really try to help eachother.
Nothing except when there no work that needs to be done then eveyone is happy especially the managers easy money
The employees are good people
The culture is generally geared towards people first
Review from Operations Dept
Management needs to take action and manage the restaurant.
The decisions at the top have to be made thinking from a restaurant management perspective
Review from Operations Dept
They need to invest more in their non management.
Fast understanding at first but flipped on me after I had to call in because of my mom on Hospice that I told him about from the beginning
Not a long wait for my interview. No multiple interviews or anything like that. Interview was fairly short and to the point. Friendly greeting, smiling, listening.
Fast response time and friendly
I was hired on the spot.
Back when I interviewed we had better managers and they made me excited to work here

Getting to work at my own pace. Interacting with co-workers. Opportunities to help customers. Being complimented on a job well done. Busy nights when tips are good.
when i dont have to work with the others on line
I'm a fast learner and willing to learn new tasks and functions during my work hours and being attentive means I'm interested striving cooking for a good purpose in life. What makes me happy is the motivation I feel when entering the restaurant. Surrounded by Good means good intentions.
The customers are loyal and stay with us. But can we sustain long term.
My coworkers and regular guests are like family
Review from Operations Dept
Our managers do not care, the are petty, vindictive, they lie, there is no accountability. They come in late, out of uniform, they disappear mid shift, they leave the building unattended. They don’t do this things they are supposed to
The culture, the quality of life
Review from Operations Dept
Our location is out of the mainstream of other locations and because of no oversight the corruption is at a maximum level.
Labor plan and what is expected of you each day is unbearable. The company is counting pennies which includes your bonus check. Not enough help to run the restaurant. This place is a beat down like no other.
Review from Operations Dept
They need to not have a special everyday and include rice and beans with the entree. The fact that they are endless is money wasting. When you have endless drink refills, chips and salsa and beans and rice...people come in and can get away with eating at taco bell prices.
I like one of my managers. Everyone else is unprofessional
Changes made. Nothing ever changes.
