What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees collaborating as a team and each bringing different skills to compliment each other. People smiling and greeting each other when we come to work. Open mindedness towards people from different backgrounds.
The employee front of house or back of house really try to help eachother.
Nothing except when there no work that needs to be done then eveyone is happy especially the managers easy money
