What are some of the best things about your team?
Team collaborates and works well together at times of stress when the restaurant is very busy. Somehow we always pull through even when we do not have enough staff. Everyone has a different skill set to bring to the table.
We collectively are very hopeful and happy people, and even though the work environment were in may not be ideal we still give the best service we can to our customers
Longevity and experience helps keep us going. Although many are looking to leave
The been working really hard, but not compensated

They are very attentive to their employees when they need something from them.
The team was amazing and hardworking. But when the one manager was there the bad energy would leak around to everyone.
