It didn’t take an unreasonable amount
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They try to run the restaurant without enough help and everyone suffers, team members, guests and managers. Horribly run company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bonus system is terrible and inequitable. Lots of managers have quit because of it. You could go a year or more with no bonus check.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Labor plan and what is expected of you each day is unbearable. The company is counting pennies which includes your bonus check. Not enough help to run the restaurant. This place is a beat down like no other.
