Mr. David A. Donatelli, also known as Dave, has been Executive Vice President of Cloud Business Group at Oracle Corporation since September 5, 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President of Converged Infrastructure since June 18, 2015 until September 5, 2017. Mr. Donatelli served as an Executive Vice President at Oracle Corporation since August 15, 2016 and also its Executive Vice President of Hardware Division since June 1, 2015. Mr. Donatelli served as an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Group at Hewlett-Packard Company from March 2012 to August 2013. Mr. Donatelli served as Chief of Enterprise Servers, Storage and Networking (ESSN) Division at Hewlett-Packard Company. Mr. Donatelli was an Executive Vice President of EMC Corporation from November 2001 to April 27, 2009 and also served as its President of EMC Storage Division. Mr. Donatelli served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Servers, Storage, Networking and Technology Services at Hewlett-Packard Company since May 2009. He is responsible for the development & delivery of server, storage, networking and technology services solutions. He is also responsible for Industry-standard Servers & Software, HP Storage, Business Critical Systems, Networking and Technology Services business units at Hewlett-Packard. Prior to HP, he spent 22 years at EMC Corporation, where he held a variety of management, operations, sales and marketing positions. Mr. Donatelli served as President of Storage Division at EMC Computer Systems (UK) Limited. He served as President of Storage Division of EMC Corporation since September 2007. He served as Executive Vice President of EMC Corp. from November 2001 to April 27, 2009, Executive Vice President of Storage Product Operations from August 2006 to September 2007 and Executive Vice President of Storage Platforms Operations of EMC Corp. from November 2001 to August 2006. Mr. Donatelli oversaw the development of the EMC Symmetrix and CLARiiON families of networked storage systems and EMC Celerra network-attached storage (NAS) systems. He also oversaw EMC's Worldwide Manufacturing and Corporate Quality organizations. Mr. Donatelli joined EMC in 1987 and has served in Management positions in nearly every area of it, including sales, marketing, customer service, manufacturing, software engineering and alliances. He led EMC's highly successful entry into the open systems market in 1995, served as its first Vice President of Enterprise Alliances, developing and managing EMC's relationships with the world's leading software companies. Prior to leading Storage Platforms Operations, Mr. Donatelli served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and New Business Development, from April 2001 to November 2001, Senior Vice President, New Business Development from February 2000 to April 2001 and as Vice President, New Business Development, from April 1999 to February 2000. Mr. Donatelli has also served in a number of other executive positions since he joined EMC in 1987, including as Vice President, General Manager of its EDM business from September 1996 to April 1999 and as Vice President of Global Alliances from February 1996 to November 1998. Under his leadership, EMC acquired and successfully integrated Data General, Softworks, CrosStor and several other strategically important additions to EMC's market-leading technology portfolio. Mr. Donatelli is a graduate of Boston College and received an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
