    HR is there to protect and defend the company, this is true for almost any company though.

    HR at Oracle is literally invisible and really hard to find who one would even talk to. Everything at Oracle is self service so getting hold of a real person vs. an email address for questions Ian virtually impossible. If you send an email to the HR contact you may find you get some kind of standard form letter which is generally useless.
