Mr. Juan C. Jones serves as Senior Vice President of North America Support Services business at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Jones has oversight for all aspects of Enterprise Service Management, Support Sales, and Advanced Customer Services delivery and in addition, he leads the Support Sales team. Mr. Jones was formerly the Vice President of Software Management Services for Oracle On Demand. He led a global team of DBAs responsible for all software management for customers who outsourced the operation of their databases and applications to Oracle. In this role, Mr. Jones managed operations for Oracle's fastest growing business. He served as the Vice President of Advanced Product Services in Oracle Corporation's Support Services Group. He served as an Advisor of OuterBay Technologies Inc., since December, 2003. Prior to joining Oracle ten years ago, he spent a year in enterprise sales at Microsoft Corporation and seven years with the IBM Company in a variety of sales positions. He served as Member of the Advisory Board of OuterBay Technologies, Inc. Mr. Jones holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
