Mr. Mark E. Sunday serves as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Sunday is responsible for the deployment and operational management of the information technology used across Oracle as well as the operational infrastructure for Oracle's On Demand product offerings. Mr. Sunday has more than 30 years of experience in the high tech industry. Mr. Sunday served as Strategic Advisor of EPIC Ventures. Prior to Oracle, he served as a Senior Vice President of Information Technology and the Chief Information Officer of Siebel Systems Inc., since January 2002 for over six years which was later acquired by Oracle in early 2006. Mr. Sunday served as the Vice President of Information Technology of Siebel Systems Inc. from August 1999 to January 2002. Prior to joining Siebel Systems Inc., from August 1989 to August 1999, he served in a number of information technology leadership positions, including as the Chief Information Officer of Semiconductor Products Sector at Motorola Inc. Mr. Sunday has spent 30 years in information technology leadership positions at ST Microelectronics, Motorola and Texas Instruments. He served as Director of Vantiv, Inc (also known as Worldpay, Inc.) since July 29, 2016 until January 16, 2018. Mr. Sunday serves as a Director of Infopia Inc. He served as Director of Altiris Inc. since April 2004 and Acteea, Inc. He is a Trustee of the Utah Technology Council and a Member of the Advisory Board of the Western Governor's University. Mr. Sunday served as a Member of Advisory Council of Tablus, Inc. He holds an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a B.S.E. degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
