Mr. Richard Geraffo Jr., also known as Rich, serves as Senior Vice President of North America Technology Division at Oracle Corporation and served as its Senior Vice President of Worldwide Alliances & Channels since October 2013 and also Senior Vice President of North America Technology, Hardware and Public Sector Sales. Mr. Geraffo served as the Head of Enterprise Group Sales for Americas at Hewlett-Packard Company since May 5, 2012. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager HP Americas at Hewlett-Packard Company. He served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales of BEA Systems Inc., since March 2007. He served as Managing Director of Enterprise Business of Americas at Hewlett-Packard Company and served as its Senior Vice President since April, 2010. Mr. Geraffo served as Managing Director of the Americas at Hewlett-Packard Company since April 2010. In that role, he was responsible for leading all aspects of HP's Enterprise Sales across the U.S., Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean and for driving profitable revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining HP, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Americas region for VMware, Inc., where he drove business and operations and was responsible for sales, professional services, systems engineering, channels, marketing and field operations. He served as Senior Vice President of Americas Sales at BEA Systems Inc. He served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services at BEA Systems Inc. He has served in several sales leadership roles since joining BEA in April 2004. Prior to joining BEA, Mr. Geraffo served as a Vice President of IBM, where he spent 15 years in a variety of sales and sales leadership roles, including Vice President of the Americas Tivoli team, Director, World Wide Sales-Tivoli Security Products and Director, Eastern US Region-Data Management Software Sales. He was Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. Mr. Geraffo holds a BA in Accounting from the William Paterson University in NJ, an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has completed a Professional Development Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.
