Mr. Steven J. Rosenberg, also known as Steve, has been Senior Vice President of Oracle Health Sciences and General Manager of Oracle Health Sciences at Oracle Corporation since August 22, 2016. Mr. Rosenberg has over 30 years experience in the life sciences and healthcare arenas, leading development, services, support and consulting. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of PHT Corporation since June 24, 2013. He served as an Executive Vice President at Activate Networks, Inc. He served as a Senior Vice President of Development of Phase Forward Inc. since January 2006 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Products and Services since November 2009 and Vice President of Development from April 2003 to January 2006. He oversaw product development, product management, the North American services organization and its worldwide production hosting operation. He has more than 30 years of experience leading development, services, support and consulting, along with significant industry experience in life sciences and healthcare. As a leader and industry veteran with a range of experiences in life sciences and healthcare technology and services, he has the knowledge and experience to address and influence the changing life sciences landscape, utilizing his deep domain understanding, customer relationships and technology vision. He served as Vice President of Software and Services, Health Sciences Global Business Unit (HSGBU) at Oracle Corporation. He led a team of 1,100 professionals and was responsible for all aspects of product development, services, support and hosting (SAAS services) for HSGBU Oracle and Phase Forward products. He began his software career at Cullinet Software. He was instrumental in developing PHT's strategy for the patient suite and the patient-centric clinical trial. He served as Vice President of Client Services at AptSoft Corporation, a provider of enterprise solutions for business process coordination, from July 2002 to April 2003. Prior to AptSoft, he served as Senior Vice President of Development and Client Services at W3Health, a software company, from August 1999 to May 2002 where he led the development and implementation of its flagship healthcare analytics ASP environment and participated in venture capital activities and sales campaigns. Prior to W3Health, he served Vice President and Manager of the Medical Management Division at McKessonHBOC (formerly HPR, Inc.), a software company from June 1994 to July 1999, Sales Technologies (a division of Dun & Bradstreet) and TRINZIC (formerly AICorp). He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for St. Ann's Home, a school and residential facility for disturbed and abused children. He has been a Director of Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium, Inc. since March 20, 2017. He served as a Director of Reval Holdings, Inc from December 2007 to April 2011. Mr. Rosenberg attended Northeastern University as a Math major.
