I would say the flexibility and understanding of family for those outside of the entry level role.
The company takes Diversity and Inclusion seriously. They're also trying to think of fun activities on a regular basis.
Diversity is not only welcome, it's embraced. Individuals are all made to feel important. We like to work hard, but we would play hard too (before WFH).
Lack of boundaries enforced by management makes things frustrating when people cannot stay in their own lane.
Co-workers are helpful when your new to the team and the training is not sufficient.
Everyone watches out for and helps each other. There's no dreadful office politics. We confront problems directly to each other and not behind their backs or run to HR.
