Over the years I have seen many highs and I have seen many lows. The pandemic and D365 has caused quite a few lows. I see peoples moral affected daily. We need upper management that holds people accountable. If upper management appears not to care that same message gets trickled down.

When people actually do what they say they are going to do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall I believe the benefits package and annual reviews are fair. I do not have one specific area or topic that stands out more than others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team really should be defined as to what level. I think with D365 everyone is stretched too thin and associates were really thrown under the bus due to lack of training, lack of SOP's in place to provide guidance and no accountability.
