What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teamwork aspect, we all work together in a positive manner. We learn from our mistakes, not criticize each other for them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Max pay increases year over year, 3-4% does not cover inflation which causes myself working paycheck to paycheck more and more every year I work here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of training in newer employees and lack of retaining information in newer employees tend to cause more work for senior employees which is slowly causing burnout
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teamwork, and a no man left behind mentality. We all work together to help each other achieve not only the collective goal, but our individual goals as well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
3%-4% annual raises do not compare to the rapid inflation in our society. Work and life balance are great unless you are unable to save and work paycheck to paycheck. I believe we should be compensating our tenure employees better.
