The openness and line of communication to anyone in the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay. I have not needed to use my benefits yet so I'm not entirely sure how well they work with my situation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not rigid and hard to speak with. They are kind and humble. Except maybe one time when I was ignored even though I was told it was fine to speak with this person in leadership.
