I really enjoy working at PAC, it's been a great experience. As I look for success, I do find a decent amount of stress trying to fulfill that success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very welcoming to newcomers, collaborative and exciting work.

Being successful, helping customers, working as a team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great communication with each other, all willing to help the others win.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How communicative they are from top down and how they listen to bottom-to-top comments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work fairly collaboratively, I enjoy how open we all are about business we are after.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is great and competitive, as is the additional compensation. Healthcare coverage is also pretty good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how well they communicate with the rest of the team. I very much enjoy that they keep everyone in the loop consistently and listen to feedback.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being good at my job and successful at my job tasks. This has improved in the last couple of months and is tied to my happiness at my job heavily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work and communication between different teams is very easy and clear. I very much enjoy this-- it's a difficult culture to develop: sales, operations, customer service, HR all working well together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is great, benefits not starting for 60 days after start is a bit out of date in my opinion. However, the medical, dental and vision packages are great as is the PTO policy.
