Deliver tangible results and connect with people on my team (sometimes trading jokes)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work-life balance is probably the best I have ever seen, much better than the one at Boeing
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very generous on giving compensation and organizing company-sponsored activities (eg. lunch meetings) even during the time when PAC is facing financial headwinds. I even got a pay raise this year.
