I've worked here for many years. I've seen a lot of management come in go. With each change in management, a little part of our company dies. It's truly hard to come to work and witness the way this place has changed, and not for the better.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership at plant level needs all around improvement. Very little communication, zero compaction for employees, none excising hr department with doors being closed at all times. Supervisors are not qualified to be in their position.
