When I first was hired on, it was not a great experience and leadership was pretty toxic but boy have they really turned it around! Very positive and healthy now.

Collectively, I think we all are very similar in our want to do our best and just be happy doing it.

I believe we have had some hiccups along the way, with retention and training and lack of incentive but I believe our leadership team has recognized that and is taking proactive steps to improve this!
