PAC has a great culture, but we strayed away from 2020-2022. I see things heading back in the right direction.

Everyone values the company and wants to see it succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart hard working people that all want to do well and do the right thing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Winning new business and solving complex problems. I like to lead however I can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our new president seems to have a clear vision and is executing upon it. He is very open with how he talks to everyone and makes it seem as if everyone's feedback is valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid under my market value. I have been offered roles for significantly higher compensation, but have chosen to stay at PAC because I believe it will be the best fit long term; however, the compensation needs to be addressed at some point.
