They have proven that they can take the company through a down cycle. Confidence in the leadership team has increased as a result.
What makes you most happy at work?
I doubt many people are truly excited to go to work... but generally I am happiest when we have the team present working together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am confident the company is once again headed in the right direction. There were some head-scratching moves that occurred back in 2020 and 2021 that I think came back to bite us.
