They treat us more life family than employees. It really goes a long way in feeling valued and part of the company's success.

Vacation. What I get as a new hire is better than most companies offer employees who have been there for a few years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued. The pay is less than my last job. I took an 8% pay cut to come here. It's just a slight ding and I'm hoping to make it up in the future.
