communication to employees. take employees complaints seriously. stop allowing people to promote hostile work environments
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
appreciate skills employess bring to their postion that has nothg to do with expected of them. like driving forklifts. after 4 and a half years im still not making a liveable wage and others pay is going up while mine is very slowly going up. zero room for advancement to become managment if minorit
