If there was an opportunity for me to move on without disrupting my children's lives, I would. This is the only place I have ever worked that continuously fails their employees that work hard yet lets those that are lazy or make continual mistakes, slide. Zero accountability.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have had experience in many areas of our facility. It is a decent place to work, but it seems like shit continually falls down hill. Supervisors are not held accountable for their lack of leadership.

Holding themselves and their teams accountable!!

Learn how to perform their job duties. Be more proactive and less "helpless".

I work hard and have years of experience and knowledge; I should be compensated for such.

Leadership needs held accountable. Too many chiefs and not enough progress. Communication needs to improve immensely.

The people who slack off are protected and the people who bust their butts get the crap end of the stick. Hold everyone to the same standards and the people who are not performing need held accountable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be compensated for my skill, time with the company and knowledge, that I am expected to go out of my way and outside of my job description to use, but not be compensated for.
