Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The STARTING pay for my position (with other companies) is $61K annually. I've been here a number of years to reach this. I feel I should be at $75K annually
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together as a team to meet personal and company goals. No one like to see the other failing, and we're always ready to pull our fellow team mate up!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like they they are personable. I don't see them as a "mythical big wig in a penthouse office looking down on us." I see them as people who I can be candid with and will be heard.
