ever since we got a new plant manager every day is like walking on egg shells. are we getting doctor jekyll or mr hyde today
What do you like best about the leadership team?
nothing. You have some that are mentally abusive. some that are aggressive but stop then self on acting further on it and some that are verbally abusive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when we went to 8hrs everyone got a compensation for it, and i mean everyone but three of use did not and no one can give us a clear answer why. all i want is the same as everyone else.
