What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment at our company is the willingness to learn from others and stay focus on the goals at hand. The company ensures you are valued as a person first and employee second, and I greatly appreciate that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While I know I am paid fairly for my role compared to other companies, I wish there was more conversation between ensuring our plant laborers and helpers were compensated at an amount that makes sense given the rise of inflation and competition of employment in surrounding areas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Although I am relatively new to the PAC Worldwide team, my favorite parts have been the focus everyone has on the tasks at hand. I feel that everyone has an idea of our common business needs and goals and works hard to ensure our employees and staff are taken care of to help meet those goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My favorite part of our leadership team is the willingness to treat you like a person instead of just an employee. It's been refreshing to be in an environment where I am encouraged to take risks, learn openly from my mistakes, and strive to be the best I can be for the company but also for myself
