What is the best part about your compensation package?

the possibility of paid days off

PTO is not unlimited, but is very generous. This ensures people actually use their time off!

My salary and the Healthcare package is great

paternity leave is 12 weeks (that is good for what I've seen in the USA)

We have an extra day off every month where the whole company unplugs. I've never experienced that at any other employer. Everyone loves it.

Stock benefits are great, really like my health insurance, lots of extra perks around mental heath / community involvement, etc.

They pay me well enough to where it takes money out of the picture. They also include RSU with each new employee. The vesting schedule is great and they don't play games with 401k and the such. The ESPP program is the best I've ever seen.
