Employee-first attitude at the top and trickles down. My boss wants me to go for walks during the day. If I identify and issue and have a viable solution, it's always listened to, and most people are smart, nice and helpful.

Full health coverage - what makes it awesome is FLEXBenefits! The extra spending account just allowed me to be reimbursed for a coffee machine for my house, new yoga clothes, my vitamins and an annual membership for the national parks system- have never had so much choice

We actually live our values - people know what they are and try to bring them to life each day. There is a human element of helping each other vs. complaining when things are tough. Also lack of games - we're pretty clear and upfront with each other in a pleasant way - always assume best intention
