Love working here. I have had the privilege of working for some fantastic, global companies but I have never worked where more attention and care was given to employee and community wellbeing. I am truly proud to say I work here where we DO good internally and externally.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Challenging - but it made me feel like I had achieved something when I got the job.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work we do and the way we do it. That, and my brilliant colleagues motivate me to be better every day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Highly intelligent, of course. But, these are people of deep integrity. Not all companies have that. It matters - especially in this industry and especially to me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are flexible and I am able to chose what works best for me and my family at various stages which is unheard of. The equity is also very good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are collaborative and smart. This is not an overtly (or overly) political environment. There are some people who play politics, of course. But there's not much tolerance for it here and it won't get you far.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We tend to live our values most of the time. Not perfectly, but when we make a mistake or a misstep, people aren't above acknowledging it. I like that about this company. Failure isn't fatal here -- it's a learning opportunity.
