What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is very transparent and open in sharing what they are doing. They communicate often (through webinars, emails, in-person) to ensure that the employees are aligned on the vision. Each employee is asked to build a plan on how they. can contribute to the success of the vision/mission.
