Getting paid really well and knowing that work I do is actually benefiting society in general, and in a substantial way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all remote and still able to collaborate when we need to and not have meetings unless then are needed (my first role we had way too many meetings though).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The combination of solid salary lets you live month to month, the ESPP allows you to invest 15% of that into company, the VIP bonus gives you a boost when company does well, and the equity rewards you for growth of company. Its a very good 4 tiered compensation and benefits are excellent.
