Fastest pace environment you will ever work in. Extremely high pressure on performing every single day...not fiscal, not quarter - every single day. Comp plans have been cut in half over the last two years from what we used to get paid. Deflation of comp plans / inflation with everything around us.

Everyone is willing to help and collaborate on my team, couldn't ask for a better team to work on.
What makes you most happy at work?
The growth I've personally achieved working at PA for 5+ years has been life & career changing. Working at PA is a massive stepping stone to future success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We've made a lot of bad hires over the past few quarters that are trying to rewrite our company culture to their liking - aka we've hired a lot of square pegs. The culture from a half a decade ago to now is completely eroded. Hence the mass exodus of RVPs and DSMs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We've done multiple price increases on our products over the past few years...yet we've had our comp plans reduced over the last 3 years. The sheep see the stock price doing great, but execs benefit from that since bulk of their comp is in equity. Our comp has been significantly reduced yearly.
