The vision and opportunity that lays in front of us.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It's been a long time to be honest. The process has changed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are all on a mission to make today and tomorrow a more secure digital future.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Vision, execution and leadership with driven executives that push you to grown in your career and make it impossible to leave.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Every single member/counterparts in my same role are literally the best in the business. For that reason alone it makes it impossible to consider outside companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With growth comes expectations. But those expectations are done at a non macro level. The peanut butter spread quota doesn't apply in all accounts and territories. Big changes in compensation has always been a negative impact on employees that have been here the longest. Retention is not a thing
