We all get along. We have mutual respect. We take time to listen to each other. We give space to speak openly about what is top of mind whether it is work or not work related items.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We take the company vision, mission and we lead by example. We learn, we communicate with each other and our teams, we adjust, we adapt and we hold each other accountable. Our leaders listen and not just bark orders down to the team. They allow room for creativity, takes suggestions, ideation.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hands down the people. When you are surrounded by great leaders and great team members, and you get paid to deliver great work, you show up and execute. Being kind, being respectful and showing joy to your co-workers despite what is happening in the world, allows us to focus and support each other.
