I love working at PAN but I wish that internal mobility was better at helping currently employees explore new opportunities. They are too focused on levels and not on experience beyond when the person has accomplished at PAN.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that I have the ability to not only build a relationship with my skip level but also my second skip level manager
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team but I don't think we need to see each other everyday to be effective especially in sales. It's all about customers.
