The interview teams are looking for a team mate. Regardless of how technical an interview is - there is good dialogue and genuine interest in making the interview a positive experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect - I see it in every meeting. Regardless of the level of the people at the table - people aren't afraid to ask a question, or have a difference of opinion. When it's expressed this brings dynamic dialogue. This is vital for continued innovation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team are the best I've ever worked with - always available to help. When I'm out of the office I can always count on my team to not only back me up - but insist on me not checking in. They really are the best of the best. No negative attitudes, no slackers - just genuine people that I love.
