They are methodical about the direction of the company and giving us the outlook and goals and not wavering or changing them. The direction is clear.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview process was fairly easy. I only met with a few people and it went well (over 6 years ago). I do think our current candidates go through a rigorous interview process today.
