We come to work every day trying our best and working hard. We trust each other and there are no nasty politics. We give each other the benefit of the doubt and push and support each other to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager trusts me to work hard and to own projects. I never have to fight to request time off and I feel that they respect my choices as to when I come into the office, which is huge for work-life balance.
