Review process is just a way to cut yearly bonuses.
Better bonus, better review system, better management, better morale.....to be heard and listened too
Start over from the top down, get rid of the arrogant CEO and HR Director.......cronyism is running rampant!!
New leadership came in full of arrogance and brought all their cronies ( even when they weren’t qualified) and have basically destroyed the culture and morale. Employees are leaving in droves....low
