Clear vision, smart strategy, thoughtful execution of strategy, skilled engagement with investors and Wall St., compassionate care for employees and community
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In general people try to help each other achieve their goals. Relatively little office politics. Leadership has strong moral compass and seems genuinely committed to employees, customers, and the community. It's refreshing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Met several people I'd work with and the recruiter was exceptional The follow-up was constant. I felt like I had a friend at work by the time I started my job. Really smart recruiting strategy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Wicked smart CEO with deep expertise in leading global business. Strategy is right and he's taking the right steps to prepare and propel the organization into the future. Leadership team is good and getting stronger with each hire.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Many people are new to the company within the last 1-2 years. Those who have been here a long time are strong and contribute significantly to both culture and effectiveness of teams. Really smart people with relatively low level of office politics.
