What do you like best about the leadership team?To be honest, there needs to be a change in leadership, moving towards a younger group
What did you like most about the interview process? When I started 7 years ago I was able to have a good conversation with the general manager at the time and really build a bond with her, thus providing me with the ability to obtain the job and work my way up the chain
What makes you most happy at work?Working with good people, happy customers that bring a smile to my face, and actually being prepared to work on any given day
What needs to change to make the company culture better?More organization, better communication, more welcoming atmosphere
What needs to change to make the company culture better? The harassment, bullying, and favoritism need to be addressed. The empty promises to keep people are ridiculous. And nothing is done about problems even when taken to the next level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Completely undervalued. No benefits, poor pay. Im a shiftleader.
