Recognition to employees not considered 'operations'. Corp employees outside U.S are completely excluded from recognition, bonuses despite value add etc. It would be great if roles were understood to be graded correctly. LT can act on misconduct that proven-conflicts, nepotism.

There are no bonuses or stock options available and the raises are very minimal. A performance based bonus would be nice.

I was asked to give 8% salary back in 2020, since I have received minimal pay increases, totaling approximately 11%. So since 2020 I have received 3% in pay increases while inflation has increased drastically since 2020.

Its historical - employees from ITS were entitled, incompetent and most are related to each other creating a gang mentality, continuously using the Ethics Line to report colleagues they see as a threat
