What needs to change to make the company culture better?We are on our third lab Director in two months. We have no phlebotomy supervisor no data processing supervisor.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Hire administrative directors and clinical directors who know how to manage people effectively, instead of destroying morale.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was undercompensated for what i did. As more people left, I took on more responsibility, and my FTEs were not replaced right away.
